The Interview
The interview is a chance for you to gain deeper insight into Abtrex’s culture while allowing us to learn more about your skills, suitability for the role, and cultural fit. We prioritize assessing your qualifications for the role and understanding your core values, motivations and aspirations. At times, the potential manager may request additional assessments or a personality test.
The Final Meeting
This stage grants you the opportunity to meet your potential leader and our team onsite. During this visit, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at Abtrex and can address any queries or uncertainties you may have.
The Job Offer
If everything progresses smoothly, expect a phone call or email from your possible future manager with a job offer.
